Nikita Hine is an accredited practising dietitian, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidenced based nutrition care that is practical and effective. Graduating with a Masters of Dietetics in 2023, Nikita offers a fresh perspective on chronic disease and weight management. Her interventions are personalised and allow improved eating habits to seamlessly integrate into the lives of the patient. Her philosophy blends clinical expertise with empathy - because real change happens when knowledge meets kindness.
Nikita has a special interest in women’s health and antenatal care and is an accredited pre-natal dietitian.

Nikita aims to empower people through food and knowledge, contesting the idea that disease is the natural consequence of ageing and advocating for a dignified journey through each life stage for all patients.
Outside of clinical practice Nikita enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time outdoors. She spends her spare time cooking and creating new recipes for friends and family to enjoy. Nikita believes in human connection and equitable care, her consultations are patient centred and aim to both validate the individual and improve health status.
